The promoter and the prize

The LaGrace Glow Giveaway is operated by LaGrace. The prize in each draw is the LaGrace Body Rituals Experience: one personalised Body Ritual Programme consisting of three sessions, tailored following a LaGrace consultation. The Programme takes place at LaGrace in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The procedures within the Programme are selected after the consultation and remain subject to contraindication screening, medical suitability and availability. LaGrace may substitute an unsuitable procedure with an appropriate alternative within the same Programme.

No purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve the chance of winning.

Who may enter

Entry is open to women aged 18 or over who are able to attend LaGrace in Baku for the consultation and sessions. Employees and contractors of LaGrace, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

The entrant and the prize recipient must be the same person.

How to enter

Enter while entries are open by submitting the entry form with your first name, surname and mobile number, and by confirming eligibility, acceptance of these rules and acknowledgement of the Privacy Notice. Marketing consent is optional and separate from entry.

One entry per normalized mobile number per draw. The mobile number is the unique identifier for the draw. You may enter again once a new draw opens.

Timing

Each draw opens and closes at the dates and times published on the giveaway page, in the stated timezone. Opening and closing are enforced by LaGrace; the on-screen countdown is for guidance only.

Selecting the winner

After entries close, one entrant is selected at random from the valid entries using a cryptographically secure method. The selected entrant is a provisional winner until identity, eligibility and ownership of the submitted mobile number are verified.

LaGrace staff will contact the provisional winner on the submitted number. The winner must respond and verify ownership of that number within 48 hours. If verification fails, the entrant declines, is unsuitable, or does not respond within 48 hours, LaGrace may select a replacement winner and will record the reason.

Claiming the prize

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be resold. The Programme is subject to a consultation, medical suitability and availability, and takes place at LaGrace in Baku. Once confirmed, the winner has 45 days to redeem the prize (schedule and complete the three sessions).

The winner's name, photograph or story will be published only with her explicit consent.

General

These rules are governed by applicable law. LaGrace may amend, suspend or cancel a draw where reasonably necessary.
