What we collect
To administer the giveaway we store your first name, surname and mobile number (normalized), your eligibility, rules and privacy confirmations, and, separately, your optional marketing consent with its timestamp. We store a salted, one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention; we do not store your raw IP address.
How we use it
We use this information only to run the draw, prevent duplicate and automated entries, contact a potential winner, and keep the records needed for the integrity of the draw. Marketing communications are sent only if you gave separate marketing consent.
Who can see it
Entry data is restricted to authorised LaGrace staff. Phone numbers are masked in general administrative listings and revealed only to authorised roles that need them. We never expose phone numbers or names through public pages, public APIs, analytics or error messages.
Retention & your rights
We keep entry data for a defined retention period and then remove it, while preserving the minimal records required for draw integrity. You may ask us about the information we hold and request appropriate privacy actions by contacting LaGrace.
Analytics
We measure only aggregate, privacy-conscious events (for example, page views and successful entries). We never send your name, phone number or other personal information to third-party analytics.
